Want To Write For The France Offside?

By: Sam | December 18th, 2007

help_wanted.gifDo you not giggle when a Nancy boy dives? Do you know Bruno Cheyrou from Benoît Cheyrou? Do you hate every other league for stealing all our good players? If you answered oui to any of those questions, I’ve got a proposition for you. How about contributing to the website you’re currently reading this very sentence on?

No, no- I’m not quitting. However, I’ve gotten to the point that I’m kind of busy with random stuff, and I have a hard time pushing myself to write a decent post every day. That said, I still plan on squeezing some articles now and then, but I’d feel less guilty about letting you all down when I go on one of my no-news-for-a-few-days binges if I had someone else there to cover me.

So if you think you’re apt to the task, give me a shout in the comments or at france@theoffside.com and tell me a bit about yourself. And if you’re one of those people who writes three posts the first week and forgets about the blog forever, I don’t want ya. If I’m taking a step down, I really would appreciate if my co-blogger were someone with good insight, adequate writing skills and for the love of Jacques Abardonado, at least a hint of a sense of humour.

Thanks a lot,

Sam

I may have the time Sam, if we were to split it up of course.

Sam, at first I thought you were leaving, so I got really scared. Good to know you’ll still be around. I also hope you do your mid year awards. And Corey knows a lot about L1 so I second his nomination. He’s not just a one team man (like most of us bloggers tend to be).

Hee hee hee… At first I thought of writing straight away that I wasn’t leaving, but I decided it might be good for a few laffs if I left that part out for a bit.

Corey: Sweet, you’re definitely the kind of guy I’d love to have aboard. I’m going to wait a bit so other people have a chance to speak up if they want to though. I’ll let you know.

    Yeah that was a relief.
BTW, what happened to the PSG offside guy.
Paris is burning up, he should be the n°1 french offside right now

My, my Corey. So brash! All we need is for someone to format his draft. In my opinion, at least.
