Sam

Sam is the younger one here on The Offside, a mere 16 years of age and residing in Edmonton. Outside of France, he supports Tottenham and Toronto FC. Just like Bob, he enjoys tasty vegetarian dishes and encourages you to share them.

Outside of the beautiful game, Sam enjoys playing with his punk rock band The Afflictions, trying to remember how to count to ten in Japanese and suchlike, just like every other teenager in the Western World. Also, he is one of the few remaining firm believers that soccer and punk rock were made to be together.

Sam has lived in Montpellier, France, where his love for Ligue 1 spread its wings. He has been happily blogging for The Offside since October 2006 and also reps Toronto FC on the Offside, this since February of 2007.
